i’m being a total space geek tonight, which started when i came upon this article:

and now i’m just browsing all these amazing space images. just a couple random thoughts on outer space: i think it’s really selfish that we think that we’re the only planet out there with human life on it. we will never have the capacity to know what’s out there beyond out universe- our universe alone will never completely be explored by mankind. thinking about the fact that there’s probably an infinite amount of varying universes out there beyond our own really boggles my mind. i can’t wrap my head around it.
